The role also advances process and tooling improvements and partners with Product, Engineering, Support, Implementation, and Finance to resolve customer needs and support company growth.

• Lead, coach, and develop Pharmacy Account Managers
• own and report on customer retention, satisfaction, account expansion, and revenue-growth KPIs
• handle key customer and executive escalations
• build process, tooling, and scalability roadmaps
• partner with Product, Engineering, Support, Implementation, and Finance
• understand customer pharmacy workflows and integrations
• identify risks and expansion opportunities
• analyze customer performance, financial data, and market trends
• contribute to commercial growth strategy.
