What you'll do

• Supervise order selection, replenishment, loading, and warehouse staff
• manage labor hours and consumable supplies within budget
• prepare schedules
• coordinate repairs
• review productivity and recommend efficiency and cost improvements
• audit shipping and loading documentation, including food-safety and catch-weight records
• monitor sanitation and facility damage
• train associates
• maintain associate communication
• support safety training and inspections
• enforce company policies and applicable regulations.
