The Home Care Caregiver, Companion, or CNA role provides onsite services at client homes within a 30-mile radius of the Carmel, IN branch. Day and night positions are available, including weekends; pay is $16.12–$17.13 per hour. Live Long Well Care team members help clients maintain independence in their own homes. The caregiver provides non-personal care, companionship, and household support in accordance with client care plans. The role helps clients with daily routines, documents services, and communicates changes or concerns to supervisors and families.

What you'll do

• Provide general assistance and care under the non-personal care plan
• plan and prepare meals
• maintain a clean and safe home
• perform housekeeping and laundry
• provide companionship and medication reminders
• transport clients when directed
• document services and report changes in client needs or condition
• communicate with clients, families, and coworkers.
