What you'll do

• Supervise, mentor, and schedule servers
• support hiring, onboarding, and performance coaching
• oversee customer service from greeting through table clearing
• assist during busy meal periods and resolve service issues
• maintain dining-room and adjacent kitchen cleanliness and readiness
• coordinate communication about dietary changes, menus, and resident feedback between kitchen staff and servers.
