What you'll do

• Define the organization’s medical mission and establish medical practices and policies
• mentor and coach veterinarians
• collaborate with recruitment
• liaise with professional liability carriers and strategic partners
• support clinic leadership and teams with medical cases, equipment needs, and service requests
• conduct site visits, meetings, and check-ins
• review doctor KPIs and manage 12-week coaching plans
• assess medical quality of acquisitions.
