The Residential Real Estate Acquisition Agent role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $90,000–$120,000 per year. The agent builds relationships with homeowners, understands their circumstances and property details, and negotiates purchase agreements that fit the company’s investment criteria. The role coordinates with acquisitions, inventory, transaction coordination, and dispositions colleagues to move deals toward closing.

What you'll do

• Attend scheduled seller appointments in person or virtually
• build trust through empathetic conversations
• gather property, motivation, financial, and timing information
• conduct property walkthroughs and document site details
• collaborate on offer strategy and pricing
• present offers and negotiate
• secure signed purchase agreements and submit documentation
• maintain accurate CRM records
• coordinate with transaction and dispositions teams
• participate in team meetings, training, and performance reviews.
