What you'll do

• Develop recurring reports, dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs
• standardize metric definitions and reporting methods
• analyze call volume, response times, staffing, productivity, documentation, escalations, and outcomes
• apply statistical methods and support quality audits
• validate and reconcile data
• evaluate interventions
• build Excel models for forecasting and staffing
• communicate findings and recommendations
• maintain documentation and quality checks
• conduct ad hoc analyses.
