What you'll do

• Provide personal care according to schedules and individual service plans, including transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, feeding, housekeeping, laundry, errands, and emergency response
• health maintenance, bowel programs, and wound care may be performed as permitted by state regulations
• record daily observations
• dispense medications and document them
• follow health and safety standards
• communicate confidentially with families and the company
• transport and supervise people served
• complete training and cross-training
• attend staff meetings and company events.
