What you'll do

• Greet customers and provide store information
• answer questions and direct customers to store areas
• offer carts or baskets and help manage customer flow
• thank customers as they leave
• check receipts against purchases and refer unverified merchandise or receipt issues to point of sale
• file reports with the Risk department
• use handheld scanners and reporting technology
• follow store and safety procedures.
