The Electrical Maintenance Technician 3 role is onsite in Honolulu, HI, with pay of $40–$45 per hour. M.C. Dean designs, builds, operates, and maintains technology and infrastructure solutions for mission-critical facilities; this role supports critical data center systems. The technician maintains electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment to support reliable facility operations and mission-critical server uptime. The role performs preventive and corrective maintenance, responds to facility issues, and coordinates work with vendors and junior technicians.

What you'll do

• Maintain, install, and repair critical data center and industrial electrical systems, including power distribution, generators, UPS, DC power, lighting, and fire/life safety equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems, conduct facility walk-throughs, monitor building systems, document work in CMMS, coordinate vendors, prepare procedures and reports, and train junior technicians.

Why this role

Requires a high school diploma and at least 6 years of trade experience. Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance and meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. citizenship. Journeyman or Master Electrician license is preferred.
