What you'll do

• Administer and document medications according to physician orders
• assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, dining, mobility, and reminders
• respond to resident call signals
• review medication records and orders
• observe and report changes in condition
• maintain documentation
• obtain weights and vital signs
• clean resident and common areas
• assist with meals and activities
• support positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and visitors.
