By building proactive talent pipelines, managing hiring processes, and reporting recruiting metrics, the partner helps agencies maintain the leadership, clinical capacity, and sales coverage needed to support quality care and organizational growth.

What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for agency leadership and Hospice Care Consultant roles
• partner with talent, regional, agency, and sales leaders on staffing needs and candidate profiles
• build hospice-specific leadership pipelines and talent maps
• source passive candidates through outreach, industry networks, LinkedIn Recruiter, and referrals
• screen and present candidates, assessing competencies, credentials where applicable, and mission fit
• manage interviews, references, and offer strategy
• report recruiting metrics
• coordinate with credentialing, compliance, and onboarding
• represent the employer brand
• travel to agencies and industry events across Indiana, Ohio, Texas, Missouri, and added markets as needed.
