Clinical Manager — Residential Treatment Center

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, maintain, and evaluate clinical services
• supervise and evaluate clinical staff
• coordinate intakes, treatment, discharges, family communication, and case management
• facilitate treatment team meetings
• oversee service plans, therapy, and case records
• provide clinical consultation and staff training
• monitor treatment fidelity, credentialing, legal requirements, and quality standards
• coordinate aftercare and cross-system services
• participate in the rotating Wichita On Call Team and respond to after-hours and weekend calls.

Why this role
