What you'll do

• Welcome late-night guests and provide professional service
• handle overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
• complete the nightly audit and balance daily transactions
• run reports and prepare the property for the morning team
• keep the lobby and front desk clean and welcoming
• monitor the property and support a safe environment
• communicate important notes to morning management.
