Senior Integration Consultant

The Senior Integration Consultant role is hybrid, with three days each week in the Boston, MA office; the annual base salary range is $109,200–$202,800. The role is part of Hi Marley’s Customer Delivery and Deployment Team, supporting its mission to improve communication in the property and casualty insurance industry. The consultant owns customer integration execution from onboarding through ongoing optimization. By designing and troubleshooting integrations and coordinating with customer and internal teams, the role helps deliver reliable, scalable implementations and improve customer outcomes.

What you'll do

• Lead Tier 1 customer integrations from implementation through ongoing health
• architect, configure, test, and troubleshoot REST API, webhook, SSO, and SFTP integrations
• lead customer-facing technical discussions
• provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to teammates
• recommend workflow optimizations
• collaborate with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues
• maintain integration documentation, playbooks, and reusable patterns
• participate in QA testing of new integration features
• identify opportunities to improve workflows using emerging technologies.
