What you'll do

• Show and lease apartments
• follow up with prospects
• maintain traffic logs and leasing reports
• process applications
• update online listings and social media
• support community events and move-ins
• review rental rates and recommend specials
• assist with renewals, calls, emails, service requests, rent collection, and invoice entry
• inspect apartments and monitor curb appeal.
