What you'll do

• Lead hiring-manager kickoff meetings to develop requisitions and discuss project needs and headcount
• create sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• source and engage candidates using referrals, leads, technology, recruiting partners, and networking events
• conduct initial phone screens
• present candidates to hiring managers
• guide candidates through interviews
• maintain accurate ATS records
• communicate the company mission and culture to candidates.
