The Construction Estimator role is onsite in Phoenix, AZ, with an annual salary of $65,000–$80,000. This role develops project estimates and scopes, secures approvals, and coordinates with restoration and construction teams so projects can move from estimating into production. It also supports project budgets, job-cost monitoring, documentation, and customer and insurer billing.

What you'll do

• Prepare accurate scopes and estimates for residential and commercial restoration projects
• seek approval before project start
• coordinate with mitigation and construction staff, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• support budgets, job-cost monitoring, change orders, collections, documentation, invoicing, and project handoff to production
• contact referral sources and complete special assignments as requested.
