The Scheduler role is onsite in Plano, TX, with compensation of $23–$28 per hour. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m. or 9 a.m.–5 p.m., with on-call duty every third weekend. The scheduler coordinates caregiver coverage for new and existing client cases, maintains schedules and records, and communicates changes to clients and caregivers. The role helps maintain consistent care coverage and supports accurate payroll and billing through schedule and telephony-log updates.

What you'll do

• Schedule caregivers for new clients and open shifts on existing cases
• maintain computer schedules and enter data
• contact clients and caregivers about daily changes
• maintain client and caregiver database information
• monitor and correct telephony logs
• report open shifts and caregiver supply and demand
• perform general office duties
• manage on-call evenings and weekends as directed.
