The Nurse — Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Memory Care role is onsite in Dousman, WI, with pay of $32–$45.25 per hour based on experience and shift differentials. This is a part-time evening-shift role at Three Pillars Senior Living Communities, which provides memory care and other services for older adults. The nurse administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors and documents resident conditions, and communicates changes to the healthcare team. The role also supports individualized care planning, admissions and readmissions, and resident-care programs such as skin integrity and pain management.

What you'll do

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to physician orders, regulations, and organizational policies
• observe residents, document findings, and communicate condition changes
• collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans and admissions or readmissions
• support resident-care programs and ensure CNAs fulfill their responsibilities within those programs.

Why this role
