What you'll do

• Greet guests warmly
• manage the reservation system and floor or seating charts
• quote wait times and escort guests to tables
• follow up on guest requests
• assist servers and bartenders with service equipment
• bus and reset tables
• answer calls professionally
• accommodate and process to-go and merchandise orders or door cover as required
• maintain clean and sanitary assigned areas
• complete setup and breakdown tasks.
