The scientist leads in vivo pharmacology studies from design through reporting, interprets results for internal teams and clients, develops models and capabilities, and mentors junior research staff while maintaining scientific quality and animal welfare.

What you'll do

• Lead in vivo efficacy and DMPK studies from design through reporting
• develop protocols and oversee study procedures
• analyze and communicate results
• manage multiple studies and timelines
• maintain electronic laboratory notebook documentation
• serve as a scientific contact for clients
• develop and validate in vivo models
• support emerging therapeutic modality programs
• collaborate across US and China teams
• mentor junior scientists
• and follow applicable regulations, animal welfare requirements, SOPs, and quality standards.
