What you'll do

• Respond to member billing questions, payment concerns, and account updates
• process membership freezes, terminations, and upgrades
• support monthly billing by posting charges, issuing refunds, and following up on declined payments
• coordinate with the Front Desk and Department Managers to resolve account issues
• maintain accurate records and follow company standards
• provide administrative support and help improve systems and workflows.
