What you'll do

• Develop and oversee the workforce development and education program
• provide individualized job-skills coaching and financial literacy training
• collaborate with internal teams and community partners to create employment opportunities
• address employment barriers
• oversee personnel initiatives at JP’s Promising Goods
• track participant progress and evaluate program effectiveness
• manage grant requirements and program funding
• prepare monthly board reports
• develop and deliver workshops
• support crisis housing initiatives and resident employment challenges
• supervise and evaluate staff at JP’s Promising Goods.
