The Registered Nurse role is onsite in Farmer City, IL, with stated pay of $40–$45 per hour. The nurse provides direct care to residents in Haven of Farmer City’s skilled nursing and long-term care setting. The role supports residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs through nursing care, medication and treatment administration, assessment, monitoring, and documentation. It also coordinates individualized care with clinicians and interdisciplinary teams and supervises and supports Certified Nursing Assistants.

What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care
• administer prescribed medications, treatments, and IV therapy
• assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and care plans
• collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and interdisciplinary teams
• supervise and support CNAs
• follow Illinois nursing standards and facility policies.
