What you'll do

• Build partnerships with customers and set the example for the delivery of exceptional customer service.
• Review operational and financial reports to ensure the station is meeting goals and objectives and take corrective action as required.
• Participate in employee relations investigations when complaints arise and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Recruit new employees to ensure appropriate staffing, promote team-building initiatives, and perform coaching and mentoring activities.
• Ensure that employees are properly trained and audit safety records as needed.
• Set, measure, and manage the performance of self and others.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards.
