What you'll do

• Estimate new plans, elevations, and options
• reconcile plan options
• develop and maintain plan take-offs and process plan changes
• maintain job-cost budgets in the database
• build communities in Newstar Enterprise based on features and requirements
• conduct field visits to validate take-offs
• coordinate with construction and area managers, purchasing, design personnel, and vendors or suppliers
• assist with management special projects.
