Retail Sales Associate

Job overview

The Retail Sales Associate works onsite in Lemon Grove, CA; compensation is $25 per hour. The role supports store and guest services at Optimum Health Institute’s OHI San Diego operation. The role exists to provide a positive guest experience while supporting daily retail operations through customer assistance, sales transactions, product organization, and inventory accuracy.

What you'll do

• Assist guests with product questions, purchases, returns, and inquiries
• recommend products
• process transactions and returns using POS systems
• maintain clean and organized displays
• stock and replenish merchandise
• conduct inventory counts
• receive and organize shipments
• support online orders
• maintain inventory records
• resolve customer concerns
• and mail brochures and confirmation letters.
