The Purchasing and Storeroom Coordinator role is onsite in Montgomery, IL, with compensation of $55,000–$65,000 per year. VVF’s Montgomery operation manufactures and distributes personal care products, including bar soaps, deodorants, antiperspirants, and gels. The coordinator keeps the plant supplied by managing storeroom operations, inventory, purchase orders, and supplier follow-up. The role also supports maintenance planning, cost control, safe operations, and SAP use and training.

What you'll do

• Support plant production needs
• maintain an orderly storeroom
• prioritize storeroom work and coordinate with customers and vendors
• use and train others on SAP
• generate inventory and purchasing reports
• review inventory, pricing, and min/max levels
• place and manage purchase orders
• track deliveries
• source vendors and replacements for obsolete items
• coordinate parts for planned maintenance
• support safety and regulatory procedures.
