What you'll do

• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• assist with labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates
• organize bid documents and estimating files
• solicit and track vendor and subcontractor quotes
• assist with bid preparation and proposals
• enter estimating data
• research materials and installation methods
• support senior estimators
• attend pre-bid meetings and site visits when required
• maintain cost databases and records.

Why this role

High school diploma or equivalent and strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook, are required. The role is designed to develop into an Estimator or Senior Estimator position.
