• interview, recommend, hire, and train employees
• plan and assign work
• prepare work assignments with resident safety and staff qualifications in mind
• transfer employees among units as needed
• prepare performance evaluations
• address employee complaints and performance
• monitor staff supervision and timekeeping
• support compliance with applicable policies and laws.

Why this role

Requires graduation from an accredited professional nursing school and progressive nursing leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility or related healthcare setting. A bachelor's degree is preferred; current Registered Nurse licensure and CPR certification are required, with CPR permitted within 90 days of employment. Infection Preventionist certification is preferred.
