What you'll do

• Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare referral partners
• conduct territory sales and relationship-building calls
• educate referral sources about hospice services, eligibility, and referral processes
• identify referral opportunities
• coordinate with clinical and admissions teams
• represent the organization at community and healthcare events
• document marketing activity and monitor referral trends
• maintain knowledge of hospice eligibility and compliance requirements
• protect patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA.
