What you'll do

• Bridge the ERP system and operational technology equipment to optimize processes, streamline workflows, and automate production
• assist with network infrastructure and installation, administration, and configuration of connected industrial equipment
• develop automation using APIs, scripts, or custom applications
• provide technical assistance to operators, maintenance staff, and vendors
• coordinate with customers to resolve issues and downtime
• and work with maintenance to address critical equipment outages. Occasional after-hours or weekend work may be needed.
