What you'll do

• Answer incoming calls
• obtain or verify patient information
• check patients in and out and coordinate appointments
• obtain medical histories and vital signs
• prepare charts and examination rooms
• assist with examinations
• document patient encounters in the electronic medical record
• maintain confidentiality of patient information.
