What you'll do

• Wash, clean, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• maintain the dish room and kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition
• sweep and mop floors and empty trash
• maintain the dish machine's cleanliness and sanitizing levels
• follow cleaning schedules and food-safety practices
• assist with food and supply transport, cooks and wait staff, and special events or theme meals
• attend pre-meal kitchen stand-ups.
