What you'll do

• Execute daily leader standard work
• own team performance in safety, quality, throughput, cost, and development
• plan schedules, assignments, staffing, and production sequences
• participate in machine operation, make-readies, troubleshooting, setup verification, and quality audits
• train and coach team members
• lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• coordinate with continuous improvement, engineering, quality, and maintenance
• maintain performance records
• manage shift handoffs, attendance, timecards, staffing, and overtime
• participate in hiring and onboarding.
