Project Executive — Mission Critical

The executive oversees multiple projects from pre-construction through closeout, developing project managers and coordinating scope, schedule, cost, quality, procurement, and communication to meet project and company goals.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop project managers and assistant project managers
• oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and control of concrete projects
• coordinate with field operations leadership on protocols, safety, quality, schedules, customer experience, and resources
• align pay requests and schedules of values with revenue objectives
• support project acquisition and estimating-to-project-management turnover
• maintain customer relationships
• manage risk and stakeholder engagement
• report project status and issues to executive leadership.
