The Vehicle Delivery Driver, Customer Advocate role is onsite at Carvana’s inspection center in Trenton, OH, with hours of 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Compensation starts at $20 per hour, with the opportunity for performance-based increases of $0.50 every three months. Carvana’s Market Operations team works to deliver customer experiences in its markets.

What you'll do

• Deliver vehicles to customers using custom car haulers
• load and unload vehicles
• inspect the hauler and vehicles for safe operation
• complete customer paperwork and tracking-system notes
• and maintain a clean driving record. The role also includes customer-facing delivery experiences and, in some locations, helping operate a vehicle vending machine.

Why this role

Requires at least two years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, a DOT Medical Card, and the ability to obtain a local notary within the first 90 days. A commercial driver's license is not required; training is provided. Applicants must be at least 21.
