Resident Project Representative — Wastewater Construction

The representative observes and documents construction activity, monitors contractor compliance with plans and specifications, and tracks progress, quantities, schedules, and payment-related items. The role communicates with project participants and prepares reports and recommendations to support project delivery and regulatory requirements.

What you'll do

• Observe and report on municipal wastewater construction
• monitor contractor adherence to standards, specifications, drawings, permits, and site procedures
• review contract documents, submittals, and RFIs
• document construction activity with field logs and photographs
• track quantities and schedules
• coordinate subconsultants as needed
• prepare progress reports
• observe material and equipment tests
• review and recommend on submittals, pay estimates, change orders, and funding or regulatory documentation.
