What you'll do

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors
• conduct unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations
• respond calmly to incidents and critical situations
• monitor access points and visitor activity
• and prepare accurate reports. The officer may assist staff during patient restraint situations and must be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting. The schedule includes Monday and Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m., Saturday 3:00 p.m.–11:00 p.m., and Sunday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
