Summary: The Store Manager reports to the Market Manager and is responsible for the overall operation of their store. This includes but is not limited to Sales, Administrative Duties, Net Profit, Managing Company Assets, Merchandising, Budgeting, Personnel Management, Staffing and Scheduling. Essential Sales Duties and Responsibilities. Responsible for maximizing merchandise and gasoline sales.
