What you'll do

• Clean resident apartments, public areas, bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and common areas
• maintain utility and storage rooms
• disinfect equipment and supplies
• stock cleaning carts
• remove waste
• complete maintenance work orders
• report resident issues and unsafe conditions
• change beds
• and perform laundry duties.
