Assistant Center Sales Manager – Waxing Center

Job overview

The Assistant Center Sales Manager – Waxing Center role is onsite in Newton, MA, with stated pay of $19–$23 per hour, plus commission opportunities. The role is part of the Center Leadership Team and partners with the Center Sales Director to support the center’s growth culture. The assistant manager coaches the front-of-house team, supports sales and guest loyalty, and helps keep center operations running smoothly. The role contributes to guest satisfaction and business performance through team development, sales coaching, appointment and payment support, inventory, and daily center upkeep.

What you'll do

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates
• support onboarding, scheduling, shift coverage, and personnel management
• educate guests on Wax Passes, services, and products
• coach sales and performance goals
• support guest acquisition, retention, and retail sales
• process appointments and payments
• resolve guest concerns
• support inventory, deposits, cash reconciliation, cleanliness, safety, and organization.
