Care Partner — In-Home Care

The Care Partner role is onsite in Dickson, TN, with assignments that may include clients’ homes and other approved care settings. Compensation is $16–$19 per hour. Helping Hearts USA LLC provides non-medical personal support to clients and their families. Care Partners help clients remain safe and comfortable while supporting daily routines, personal care, companionship, and household needs. Assignments and schedules depend on client needs, care plans, caregiver qualifications, availability, and location.

What you'll do

• Depending on the approved care plan and assignment, provide companionship, personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility and transfer assistance, dementia support, medication reminders, transportation, and safety observation.
• Document care and observations, communicate with clients and families, and promptly report changes in condition, incidents, and safety concerns.
• Night and overnight caregivers must remain awake and attentive throughout the shift.
