Certified Medication Technician (CMT) – Part-Time Day Shift is an onsite role in Olney, MD. Pay is $19–$20 per hour. Winter Growth is a 14-bed assisted living home supporting seniors and staff. The technician assists residents with daily living and mobility, administers medications, and contributes to a comfortable home environment. Companionship, light housekeeping, and meal preparation also support residents’ day-to-day well-being.

What you'll do

• Assist seniors with activities of daily living, positioning, ambulation, toileting, and showering
• administer medications
• provide companionship and comfort

• help create a home atmosphere with teammates.
