The Blender role is onsite in Lakeville, MN, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM. Pay is $21.75 per hour. Atlas Staffing has partnered with a company in the food packaging industry. The blender prepares batches to specification and supports efficient production by weighing ingredients accurately, maintaining equipment and work areas, and checking product quality. The role also records product and inventory information and reports issues to the Support Lead.

What you'll do

• Read blend sheets and weigh product to batch specifications
• clean blending equipment and containers
• move bulk product using a pallet jack
• visually inspect product for defects or damage
• enter inventory data, record product codes, and create product tags
• report issues to the Support Lead
• maintain an organized work area and assist the team. Requires one or more years of manufacturing experience
• food experience is a plus
• lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
