What you'll do

• Manage assigned client relationships, retention, expansion, and service diversification
• develop service strategies and schedules
• negotiate agreements for additional services and determine pricing, staffing, and logistics
• manage contractor relationships and agreements
• inspect client sites and monitor quality and compliance
• supervise and direct Night Managers
• communicate and resolve client issues
• use the company CRM and Outlook
• maintain client and safety documentation
• identify potential accounts
• support invoice collection and contractor payments
• maintain route, key, alarm, and planning records.
