The Clinical Coordinator, START Program role is onsite in Pittsburgh, PA. Compensation is $29.81–$31.25 per hour. What you'll do

• Maintain an active caseload
• conduct screenings and assist with referrals and enrollment
• coordinate support meetings and cross-system collaboration
• conduct community outreach visits
• use START Action Plans to guide interventions
• participate in daily triage calls and rotating on-call support
• develop service evaluations, intake assessments, and crisis prevention and intervention plans
• consult with support teams, provide training, and complete timely documentation and reporting.

Why this role

Requires a master's degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related human services field, or in limited circumstances a bachelor's degree with five years of relevant experience. At least two years working with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and co-occurring behavioral health needs is required. START Coordinator Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire.
