The Weekend Lead On-Call Caregiver role is an onsite position serving clients in Hartland, WI, and the Lake Country area. Compensation is $480 guaranteed weekly, based on 15 or more scheduled hours; additional hourly compensation applies for hours worked over 24, with overtime available beyond 40 hours. Home Helpers of Lake Country provides in-home care to seniors and individuals in need. The caregiver provides personal care and companionship, covers shifts on short notice, assists new clients, and mentors caregivers. The role supports consistent, safe, and reliable care coverage across the service area, which includes Oconomowoc, Delafield, Hartland, Waukesha, and Watertown.

What you'll do

• Provide in-home personal care and companionship
• cover shifts on short notice for call-ins, emergencies, or new client needs
• assist with training and mentoring caregivers
• support office and management tasks as needed
• maintain quality, safety, and consistency in client care.
