Construction Project Manager

Job overview

The Construction Project Manager role is onsite at Arnold Air Force Base in Tullahoma, TN, with an hourly pay range of $60–$80. The role supports exp Federal’s construction team and federal government clients. The construction manager coordinates, schedules, and supervises projects from development through completion. The role helps ensure work meets construction, quality-control, and safety requirements while coordinating workers, subcontractors, end users, and project documentation.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
• monitor onsite and offsite work for compliance with building and safety regulations
• coordinate projects, meetings, and document reviews
• develop and implement quality-control plans, safety plans, and schedules
• apply UFGS 01 45 00.00 quality-control principles and EM 385-1-1 safety requirements
• develop dig permits and outage plans as needed to schedule work with end users.

Why this role

Requires at least five years of construction experience and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance. Quality Control Manager training, OSHA 30-hour training, and a trade license are preferred.
